- Our traveling workforce is provided an incentive to manage their relocation to assigned job sites.
- Our culture on the job site sets us apart.
- Our work hard, play hard approach and celebrating how we live out our core values has been a foundation of our success for 26 years.
- Our jobs are well planned and organized, and we communicate daily through company apps, project leaders, newsletters, Teams meetings, and more.
- Our dedication to continuous training and development and merit-based rewards for quality, timely job completion help us retain great talent.
- Our affordable elective medical and dental insurance benefit offering with national carriers; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability and vision insurance; and 401(k) plan option (Roth and pre-tax) with 50% company match on the first 6% an employee defers are highly regarded.
- Our company clothing, discounted tool purchase program, and safety boot reimbursement hit the mark.
- Our accrued Paid Time Off and company-paid holidays start on day 1 and aid work/life balance.
