We are seeking an Independent Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's market share by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients with leads we provide.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques that we will teach you.
- Comply with insurance standards and all state regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Leads and bonus incentives provided.
Qualifications:
- MUST have or be willing to obtain state issued Insurance Producer License.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Prior customer service experience very helpful.
- Teachable, and dedicated to help others with integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a plus but not required.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with self discipline and self management.
- Ability to organize, and execute your daily work schedule.
- Commission based compensation with monthly bonuses and incentives.
