• Manage a Personal Lines Book of Business
• Handle Remarkets
• Cross Sell
• Develop Referrals
• Quote and Close Insurance Leads provided by the agency
• We use Relationship Selling so you must be adapt at having conversations about insurance without utilizing insurance jargon. Utilize questions and strong benefit examples to close sales.
• No cold calling.
• We will show you how to develop a personal prospecting process, however, this is not required.

• 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience is Required to be considered for the position.
• Must have Property and Casualty License
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Tech Savvy (computer/laptop/cellular phone)
• Must have a good at home work environment with an office set up and FAST internet service.
• Excellent Verbal and Written (email, text, letters) Communication Skills
• Work Independently
• Able to Close Sales (cross sales, remarkets and referrals) is a Must
• Great Organization Skills
• Experience with Agency Management Systems
