Responsibilities
- Manage a Personal Lines Book of Business
- Handle Remarkets
- Cross Sell
- Develop Referrals
- Quote and Close Insurance Leads provided by the agency
- We use Relationship Selling so you must be adapt at having conversations about insurance without utilizing insurance jargon. Utilize questions and strong benefit examples to close sales.
- No cold calling.
- We will show you how to develop a personal prospecting process, however, this is not required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience is Required to be considered for the position.
- Must have Property and Casualty License
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Tech Savvy (computer/laptop/cellular phone)
- Must have a good at home work environment with an office set up and FAST internet service.
- Excellent Verbal and Written (email, text, letters) Communication Skills
- Work Independently
- Able to Close Sales (cross sales, remarkets and referrals) is a Must
- Great Organization Skills
- Experience with Agency Management Systems
- Current Model Mobile Phone with Reliable Cellular Network
