Role: 

As a Inbound Sales Rep for your location, you will be taking inbound SMS and phone calls and calling back qualified leads who requested information about a 24hr Smile Restoration. You’ll be inviting them into the clinic for a complimentary consultation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and live our company values
• Convert inbound leads into showed appointments which ultimately leads to patients/customers.
• Maintain an organized CRM
• Follow and suggest improvements to current processes
• Attend training meetings each week
  

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Prior dental implant sales experience preferred but not required
• Work full time from 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday (additional hours possible).
• Basic computer skills and preferably have worked with CRM systems before.
• Ability to work with integrity and provide the best experience for our patients.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidence in yourself and what you’re selling
• A proactive self-starter 

This is what a day in the life of an Inbound Sales Rep at Nuvia looks like:

• Participate in sales meetings and motivational huddles to set your day up for success!
• Take inbound/outbound phone calls, reply to sms messages and call inbound leads.
• Connect with prospects to understand their goals and motivation
• Invite prospects to set a consultation appointment.
• Assist patients in removing barriers to coming into a consult.

The biggest challenge of this position is juggling multiple patients and navigating different circumstances and personalities. Consistency is key in this role and the ability to be open and coachable is absolutely essential.
