Minimum qualifications

• Professional work environment experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Consistent availability to work afternoons
• Experience in educating consumers and scheduling services
• Technical experience navigating Windows, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Industry experience in engineering, construction, or architecture is a strong plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet organization and team goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to personal development

Responsibilities include:

• Close and lock the office Monday through Friday
• Create and facilitate positive relationships with current and potential clients
• Provide administrative, invoicing, and scheduling support to our internal team
• Managing workflows through our online scheduler and back office (CRM) software
• Providing excellent phone, email, and text communications to schedule appointments, track and manage quote requests, and handle various other inquiries
• Educate potential clients of our services
• Learn Sales and Customer service techniques to help you grow into a significant contributor for the organization and individuals it supports
• Communicate with and provide administrative support to our architect and engineering team as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 per week
