CYPHER Learning is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to work with assigned clients to train and assist with the implementation of CYPHER products. Our Specialists serve as subject matter experts, trusted advisors, and advocates to CYPHER clients. In conjunction with the Implementation & Training Director, Specialists are responsible for supporting the success of their clients, via end-user training, workflow development and configuration, problem-solving, and user support. Specialists will collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to capture market demand and use needs for inclusion into CYPHER’s offerings. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring successful integration and ongoing client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the client onboarding process, serving as the primary point of contact for new clients through successful implementation and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, and develop customized implementation plans to meet their requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our platform effectively.
- Provide ongoing client support and guidance post-implementation, addressing any questions or issues they may encounter.
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success, to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation and beyond.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to client onboarding and training, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and procedures.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field a plus.
- Proven experience in client implementation, onboarding, and training, preferably within a SaaS company or similar technology-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms.
