Pay Range: $22 - $24/hr DOE + OT
Responsibilities:
Assemble electromechanical subassemblies and components following engineering drawings and schematics
Conduct Mechanical Assembly from kitted parts to final testing
Execute tool testing procedures, diligently recording data and highlighting issues to management
Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical components, aiding in both product and process enhancements
Collaborate with engineering to refine assembly processes and product quality
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with technological advancements and assembly techniques
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards
Assist in inventory management, ensuring parts and tools are available and in good condition
Requirements:
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with a preference for those experienced in automotive repair or similar fields
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Familiarity with MS Office and timecard entry software
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
Proficiency in troubleshooting, especially in quality control, electrical circuits, and mechanical stack ups
Experience building PCs and using torque or electrical measurement devices preferred
Strong team player with effective communication skills
