SalaryReputable and established law firm in Jacksonville, focusing exclusively on immigration law, is seeking a full-time paralegal/legal assistant. Although prior experience in an immigration law firm is not required , candidates with previous Immigration Paralegal experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Paralegal Responsibilities Include:
- Timely completion of tasks at the direction of Case Manager and Attorney
- Preparing client letters and agency cover letters for attorney review
- Preparing application packages for attorney review
- Gathering evidence from clients needed to complete their application package
- Interpreting during consultations, phone meetings, and interviews
- Updating clients and providing advice as directed by the attorney
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
