Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal-Remote

This is an excellent career opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced Family Based Immigration Legal Assistant to join our growing National Immigration team.

Job Expectations:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions. .
• Draft legal documents for review by attorneys in areas of practice that include; Removal Defense, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas and Family based visas, Permanent Residencies, Naturalization and Consular Processing..

Basic Office Tasks Including but not Limited to:

• Basic office tasks including but not limited to answering incoming calls and greeting clients
• Docket Management
• Court Management
• File Preparation

·Qualifications:

• Familiarity and/or experience with the following :: I-485, I-864, I-130, DS-260, I-360, I-131, I-90 is a plus
• 1 or more years of Family Immigration as a paralegal/legal assistant
• Must have excellent written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy virtual environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish
