About the Job:
We are a Non-Profit Immigration Company. We offer low-cost immigration services to the local community and nationwide. The types of services we offer are Asylum, Refugees, Green Cards, Employment Visa, Investment Visa, DACA, Family-Based Visa, Marriage Visa, Citizenships, Deportation, cancelation of removals, and more. We also are starting to help provide support for other social services needs for Women and Children who have been victims of Domestic Violence and relief for victims of Trafficking, sexual, and mental abuse. We work hand in hand with the counties and states providing placement, treatment, and relocation back into the community. We have a team of staff members that are from different countries. We are an organization that people trust and rely on.
Having knowledge of languages other than English is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- We process many different types of visas like family-based, employment-based, business-based, cancellation of removals, deportation procedures, and citizenship-based visas nationwide.
- The candidate must be efficient in filling out forms in either some or all of the visa types.
This candidate will help do the clients form filings, screenings, communicate directly with all clients, prepare applications/petitions, assist in off-property seminars and presentations, help with cultivating community awareness for immigration with directors. Will be working closely with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of State, Department of Justice: (EOIR) Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Department of Labor.
Job Details:
This position is full-time with health benefits, 10 days PTO, 1-week vacation along with bonuses. We would prefer that you work on location at our office, but we would consider remote employment under the right circumstances. If you speak Spanish or Portuguese then this is a huge PLUS but not required.
The position needs to be filled IMMEDIATELY. It would be a bonus if you are bilingual but not a prerequisite.
