SalaryImmigration Paralegals, Inc. is hiring paralegals with family immigration experience.
About Us
We work with immigration attorneys nationwide. Handling multiple firms with a high volume caseload.
We are looking for self-motivated, and disciplined, paralegals who take charge of their caseload. Be willing to learn and grow with us as we maintain excellent client relationships. You MUST have exceptional organizational skills to support a high volume caseload.
You will be responsible for drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform intake of cases once assigned - questionnaire and list of documents
- Draft government forms
- Draft legal documents such as Cover Letters, Declarations and RFEs
- Stay active in recording in our database
- Consistent follow-up with clients and the firms we work with
- Meet assigned deadlines
- Communicate case progress, status, and any issues to your admin and the firms you are assigned to.
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility on assigned projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 5+ years experience in the field)
- Prior experience in family-based immigration (required)
- Prior experience in business immigration (bonus)
- Paralegal Certifications (bonus)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (complete competence in speaking, reading, and writing)
Work Authorization:
- United States (required)
This is a remote full-time position starting at 40 hours per week.
We do have a few positions for Part-time, if interested please make a note of the part-time position you are interested in with the available hours you can work on a weekly basis.

Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift - Normal business hours
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Family-based and humanitarian immigration: 5 years minimum (Required)
- Business-based immigration: A plus!
