- Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines; documenting actions and client communication; inputting information into file database and confirming case status with attorney.
- Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
- Helps their assigned attorney with trial preparation.
- Answering phones and emails promptly.
- Maintains client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential.
- Attends all assigned client meetings both in person and telephonically.
- Tracks the status of client filings.
- Prepares and composes motions and routine correspondence while acting as a liaison to court personnel.
- Prepare and draft filings to relevant federal and state agencies.
- Complete indexes, pleadings, exhibits, checklists, motions, legal research for litigation proceedings.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with two years of legal experience or Associate Degree with three years of legal experience
- Certification: Paralegal Certificate (Preferred)
- Experience: Two years of immigration experience and Two years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish/ (Required)
