Immigration Law Receptionist

Do you have an excellent command of the English language? We are looking for a legal receptionist with excellent customer service skills, who can take care of people and make a difference in the world. You will join a small team making a difference for millions of immigrants. You should be interested in what good customer service is. Your ability to speak and write matters. Knowledge of Spanish is required.

What you will do

• Answer the phone and respond to prospects or clients
• Own customer communication, respond to emails, internal messages, etc.
• Other administrative work

What we're looking for

• Experience. Must have a year of prior immigration law firm experience
• Tests. Must take Indeed required tests to be considered
• Must reside outside of any of these states: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, or Wisconsin
• Customer-obsession. Making someone else happy actually makes your day
• Flexible like Gumby. You don't mind a curve ball every once in a while and you can be flexible in responsibilities
• You have experience handling and coordinating client matters and communications
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work well cross-functionally
• You have strong client support, coordination, and task management experience
• Must have a quiet home office with a computer, and reliable internet connection
• Must be excellent in spelling and grammar
• Must be articulate and have an excellent command of the English language
• Must be willing to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
• Must reside in the US
• Must take the tests assigned here on Indeed
• Must know Spanish
