The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of Immigration Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Duties & Responsibilities- Effective teaching in the area of Immigration Law.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff colleagues
- Eagerness to work closely with law students
- Ability to teach in the curricular areas of interest
- Ability to work and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive setting
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
- 1 year of relevant legal work experience (which may include judicial clerkships)
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications- Experience teaching in the subject area
