Immigration Law Clerk/Legal Assistant

Job duties:
- Assist attorney with business immigration and nonimmigration petition prep. including H-1B, O-1, L-1, EB-1/2/3/5, NIW, TN, E-2, etc.
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- case management
-communicate with clients or USCIS

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or LLM from an accredited law school

-Bilingual in Mandarin and English, must be native Mandarin speaker (please do not apply if you do not speak, read or write Chinese)

-Good at legal writing and legal research
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

-No work experience required. No bar admission required, but has to be willing to take bar exam in the future.

-Would sponsor H-1B for right candidates
