Hamburg Gaming, managed by Delaware North is at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, New York., near Buffalo. The property features 940 gaming machines on the main gaming floor and an outdoor gaming patio.
- Back up Supervisor to the Drop/Count Team on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Cross train in the Main Bank.
- Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
- Maintain self-serve kiosks.
- Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary.
- Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment required.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
- Ability to lift 30lbs occasionally, push and pull trolley cart with approximate weight of 75lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must able to bend, lift and crouch as needed.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
