The Systems Support Technician will report to the Ga-Gateway and RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) Security Manager. Responsibilities of this position include provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting user access for the systems, applications, and databases controlled
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $23.72 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- RACF: 1 year (Required)
- Help desk support for end users: 3 years (Required)
- Computer systems, internet security, and data privacy: 1 year (Required)
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal, and communication skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- communicating in person and via phone/email: 1 year (Preferred)
- peers, management, contractors, and vendors: 1 year (Preferred)
