Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot basic computer and network hardware issues, including Windows servers and desktops, firewalls, routers, switches, and peripherals.
- Offer known solutions to known problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Configure and support Windows server and desktop computers.
- Maintain concise, real-time documentation of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure expectations are met.
Job Requirement:
- Relevant IT experience is required.
- Strong computer repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with ConnectWise is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
