Storage Post is looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our team in the corporate office located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead).

Help Desk Technician Duties:

• Field all support tickets through Request Tracker and direct calls from user base.
• Resolve all end-user problems via remote tools such as LogMeIn or over the phone.
• Contact Third-party vendors for warranty service repair and service outages.
• Manage projects related to Help Desk.
• Oversee and review aspects of facility IT infrastructure (Including switches, routers, storage, VolP phones, printers, security applications and POS applications).
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

As a Help Desk Technician, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of Information Technology experience
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented attitude
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, and MDM administration experience
• Solid understanding of networks and network equipment
• Ability to support / configure Windows 10 and 11 and Server 2019
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to plan and manage small projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High tolerance for stress
• Intellectual curiosity
