Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing IT support to staff, guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.

2. Password Resets and Management

3. Aid in setting up new workstations and equipment for our team members. (Endpoint Deployment)

4. General Troubleshooting/Breakfix

5. Malware Response

6. Assist users with email problems/spam

7. Assist with printer errors
