Job Description:
Inside Sales w/ Trade Experience
We are filling out our Chicago sales team and looking to add someone with experience as an HVAC technician. The ideal candidate will have spent time in the field installing and servicing a wide range of systems including forced air, hydronic, and mini splits but all applicants with HVAC experience will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
• Cultivating sales relationships
• General customer communications – phone, email, text message
• Consulting on product recommendations and application design
• Properly filing paperwork
• Staying up to date on product knowledge
Preferred Skills:
• HVAC Experience – This is mandatory.
• Customer Service – Going above and beyond to ensure that customers have what they need.
• Communication – polite, professional communication whether it is written or verbal.
• Proactive – Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Steady Demeanor – Calm under pressure.
• Team Player – Inside sales works closely with multiple other departments.
• Multi-lingual – Fluency in Spanish and/or Polish is ideal but not necessary.
