Your New Role as an HR Recruiter:
Join a proactive housing organization based in Houston, TX, as the Human Resources Recruiter. You will develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, collaborate with department managers to identify hiring criteria, ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date, oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials, and manage the recruitment database and keep precise records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends!
HR Recruiter Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is required; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is highly preferred
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, is required
- Advanced proficiency skills with the computer including Microsoft Office are required
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required
