Onsite Recruiter
The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process during the overnight hours for a specific location or department within a company. They work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and facilitate the selection and onboarding process. The Night Shift Onsite Recruiter ensures that all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, even during non-traditional working hours.
Responsibilities
- Staffing Needs- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements for the night shift, understanding the specific skill sets, qualifications, and experience needed for each position.
- Candidate Sourcing- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates who are available and interested in working the night shift.
- Selection and Hiring- Collaborate with hiring managers to make final decisions on candidate selection, including conducting reference checks and background screenings. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary.
- Onboarding and Orientation-Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring that necessary paperwork, pre-employment checks, and training are completed. Facilitate the orientation process to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and work expectations.
- Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and address any concerns or challenges.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual.
- Work some weekends and occasionally holidays for check-in’s.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
