Scope:
The Recruiter, Food and Beverage is directly responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, working with hiring managers, at the Corporate and Club level, to develop and execute recruiting strategy, advertise positions, work through active and passive recruiting channels to develop a talent pipeline, identify and pre-screen top talent, and assist with the overall selection and hiring process up to the onboarding of new hires.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary area of focus will be (but not limited to) Food & Beverage roles at the corporate and club level.
Assists in sourcing, staffing and recruiting support including job postings, resume reviews, candidate communication and experience, scheduling, offer letter generation and preliminary onboarding.
Develop and execute creative Talent Acquisition strategies to include selection process, assessments, sourcing, candidate experience and employer branding.
Responsible for facilitating the Talent Acquisition process, directly with the team, to include profile creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process and talent bench.
Utilize metrics and collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to determine priority needs and effectiveness.
Optimize applicant tracking system and scale team to meet hiring needs while reducing use of recruiting agencies.
Partner with hiring managers to create and execute an outstanding new hire experience including new hire orientation and ramp-up to productivity based on career pathways within 3 to 6 months.
Assist with the ideation, implementation and execution of creatively targeted recruiting initiatives, such as job fairs and other unique pipelines, as needed.
Foster an equitable and inclusive workplace which enables all employees to contribute to the organization to their full potential.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and city legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be located (or willing to relocate) in Dallas and able to come onsite to our headquarters 5 days a week.
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of total Talent Acquisition experience with 1+ years of experience successfully hiring Food & Beverage roles.
Experience recruiting for exempt, non-exempt and executive level positions.
Experience working for a multi-unit club, restaurant, retail or hospitality company is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and creating solutions to address those issues.
Balance of business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable and adept at interpreting and adhering to labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level.
Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships and being a trusted advisor at all levels.
Team player who also likes to have some fun at work.
Preferred:
Experience with Workday, relevant recruitment/sourcing tools, and onboarding software
HR certifications (i.e. SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP)
