Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders, is looking for anHuman Resource and Payroll Generalistto join our growing team.

As anHuman Resource and Payroll Generalist, your mission will be to assist with the day-to-day administration and operation of Allys HR department. Respond accurately, timely and professionally to staff and other inquiries, resulting in a positive experience for staff.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Process and submit payroll on time
- This is a hybrid role.
- In office time will be spread evenly between various office for HR visibility and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new benefit enrollments (staff communication, payroll deductions, vendor enrollment)
- Respond to staff inquires in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain integrity of data in Kronos, and other HR platforms
- Assist with employee relations, advising managers and mitigating risk for the Company
- Manage exit interview process, identify themes and provide suggestions to decrease turnover
- Manage disability claims (staff communication, claim forms, etc.)
- Reconcile monthly benefit bills and HR invoices
- Complete employment verification requests within 48 hours
- Manage pre-employment screenings and I9s
- Manage employee referral program and payout
- Assist with Kronos configuration
- Assist with requests for data (internal and external)
- Support recruiting efforts as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- SHRM certification preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in HR
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office equipment
- Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, Allys board of directors, and staff
Compensation
- $65k+ depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunity
