JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources functions within the organization, such as employment, performance, compensation, employee relations, benefits and training. Develops, implements policies, programs to attract, retain and develop talent while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Serves as a strategic partner to senior management.
JOB DUTIES
- Plans, organizes and coordinates all activities of the department
- Develops, recommends and implements HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Maintains employee handbook.
- Manages compensation and salary administration, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing market trends and making recommendations for adjustments.
- Manages recruitment and selection process from job posting to making job offers.
- Administers employee benefits programs, renewals, open enrollment; makes recommendations for benefits changes
- Manages employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions; coordinates employee climate surveys
- Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manages tax levies, employee garnishments and child support
- Administers payroll system, employee set up, clocking in/out system, employee updates, timecards assignments
- Maintains department records and reports; presents periodically reports and metrics to senior management to support decision making
- Provides support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including interpreting policies, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns
- Coordinates, recommends training and initiatives to enhance employees’ skills and competencies
- Coordinates employee recognition program and events
- Manages New Hire Orientation
- Oversees Occupational Health and Safety
- Provide Customer Service support to employees, providers and clients
- Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, certification PHR or SHRM preferred
- Experience: Five (5) years of direct Human Resources experience at a Generalist level or higher. Benefits administrations, knowledge of employment law
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, GSuite (Gmail & Google drive), payroll management systems
- Languages: English, Spanish
