What Internships Are Available?
One internship opportunity is available in our HR Department supporting the HR Team.
What are the Job Responsibilities?
The intern will provide support to the HR team as it relates to document management, document creation and presentation structure, and various ad hoc projects. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will consist of:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR reports. Provide support and analysis of data to identify trends.
- Documenting HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with internal file management and audits.
- Support recruiting efforts for new hires and assist with onboarding.
- Monitor the lifecycle of a new hire.
- Perform other related duties and HR projects as assigned.
What are the Terms and Conditions of the Internship?
- Temporary employment from 5/20/24 - 8/16/24 in Lombard, Illinois – some flexibility to start & end date based on student’s schedule.
- $20.00 / hour.
- 20-hour work week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-5pm
- Interns will not be eligible for Company benefits.
- Dress code is business casual.
- Desktop or laptop computer will be provided.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Years in school: completed at least 2 years at an accredited college or university.
- Major in HR, Employment Law, Business Management, or other related studies.
- Completed specific coursework in HR, Employment Law, Statistics, Organizational Development, and/or other related courses
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills
