- Administer benefits programs for temporary employees.
- Address benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with benefit policies.
- Oversee the scheduling and management of temporary employees.
- Collaborate with departments to meet staffing needs during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
