About the Role
Are you a bright, enthusiastic college student with an interest in Human Resources? We are looking for an intern to join our dynamic HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of HR.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Support with employee relations tasks, such as processing paperwork for leaves of absence, benefits enrollment, and terminations.
- Help maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred).
- Passion for learning and a desire to make a contribution in a fast-paced environment.
