A HR Coordinator contributes to AHF by assisting in the record keeping of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, career development plans, and termination packets for employees in 17 states, Puerto Rico and Washington DC.
A HR Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by projecting and integrating their organizational and communication skills to handle multiple projects in a Human Resources Department. The HRC assists and enhances the productivity of the Department by ensuring that various Human Resources tasks are completed in a timely and courteous manner while maintaining confidentiality.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The HR Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to support HR Directors and Business Partners as needed to collaborate on immediate needs from any of the assigned business lines for all three domestic bureaurus, and will add consistent value to the Human Resources Department by carrying out daily tasks to ensure business requirements are met.
