Job Description
The Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County (DDRB) has a full time opening for a Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator. This position is repsonsible for completing the bi-weekly payroll process in ADP Workforce Now; creating and analyzing payroll, time off, and benefits related reports; processing benefits information; managing first level employee concerns related to employment, policies, and/or benefits; completing scanning, data entry and filing of all human resource related documents; maintaining employee records; mananging employee benefits with carriers; managing employee information in the online learning management system; assisting with recruitng efforts, including the applicant management system; monitoring time off accruals, balances, and usage; performing reference checks, background checks, and applicant/new employee documentation; assist with new employee orientation as required.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource development or a related field is preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certificiation is preferred. Knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, database systems is requied.
Experience: At least one year human resources experience and one uyear payroll experience with external payroll systems is required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and with benefits administration is highly preferred.
