JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of HR generalist functions at the professional level with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting four Critical Success Factors:

- Must possess working knowledge of business or human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in business administration or Human Resources management and;
- Two years of Human Resources related experience.
- Senior level generalist must have five years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience in addition to the above.
- Familiar with Human Resources software applications or applicant tracking systems.
- PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements hiring criteria and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local law.
- Identifies and deploys multiple strategies to build a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, intern programs, college/university recruiting platforms, etc.
- Provides assistance to hiring managers throughout the life cycle of a position, including but not limited to the development or updating job descriptions, screening applicants, candidate selection, interview scheduling, and offers.
- Serves as primary administrator for company applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provides assistance and responds to inquiries on policy or benefit questions from operating company HR representatives, company employees, and applicants.
- Provides administrative and technical assistance in the updates and revisions of current and future company programs, projects or studies.
- Responsible for research, reporting and maintenance of compliance requirements for federal reports including Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, and VETS.
- Administers the preemployment processes such as background checks and drug screenings.
- Provides guidance and direction to operating company HR in areas such as recruiting, reporting and data entry.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Requires periodic travel (10-15%). Overnight stays will be required.
- Background check, MVR and drug screen are required.
