Description
Position Summary: Facilitates the daily functions of the Human Resources department with employee life cycle processes, enforcing company policies, as well as compliance with policies, state and federal guidance, regulation, and state and federal laws. Serves as HR representative as needed. Recommends employee relations activities to improve interface with HR and employees, periodically visits all locations on behalf of HR. Provides other HR related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
