- POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for forwarding incoming applications to management staff and posting and closing job openings. Assists in the hiring of new staff and processing new employees who have been hired. Completes reporting for transferring employees. Provides daily assistance and back-up to the front desk, as needed. Provides administrative support services and is cross trained in other areas of the department, as needed. There is a great deal of data entry with this position.

- Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Management preferred.
- Experience Requirements
- Previous Human Resource experience is required.
- For current staff with limited HR experience, prefers 2+ year experience as HR Assistant II or equivalent experience prior to moving into this role, including no disciplinary action within the past 6 months.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft office products and spreadsheets is required.
- Requires ability to work under limited supervision.
- Requires ability to keep information confidential. Must be a team player.
- Requires excellent customer service behaviors, training and/or background.
