SalaryA local manufacturing company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The responsibilities of this role include:
• Recruitment-posting jobs, scheduling interviews, extending offers
• Onboarding-benefit enrollment
• Conducting annual reviews
• Attending leadership meetings
• Acting as the backup to safety
• Working closely with different department managers on their hiring needs
This person must have 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, or 5+ years of HR experience in a different industry.
This company employs roughly 40 employees and has an excellent longevity in their staff. This role is best suited for somebody that likes to wear different hats and never has a day the same as the last. This person can attend and join any local networking groups that they see would be a benefit to their personal growth. The company offers a benefits package that includes PTO, health insurance, 401k, and other benefits. The schedule is typically M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm. The pay is $65k-$75k.
