Human Resources Generalist/Recruiting

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will perform HR related duties to support employees, operations and shared services groups.
Job Duties:
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resources files and records.
· Responsible for employee recruiting and retention initiatives including employee engagement.
· Manages HR data and reporting.
· Organizes training sessions, workshops, and activities for employees and management.
· Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
· Handles benefits-related questions, documentation, and monthly billing.
· Promotes workplace safety.

Qualifications:
· High School diploma/GED or above
· Human Resources related experience preferred
· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
· Outstanding organizational skills 
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications
