What we are looking for
Our HR Generalists advise our hotels on a wide array of issues and perform practitioner functions, so there is plenty of variety. For example:
- Recruiting and interviewing employees and interns
- Assisting with onboarding and E-Verify administration
- Serving as champion for employee engagement and retention
- Providing day-to-day HR services
- Conducting HR audits
- Administering Exit Surveys and monitoring feedback
- Responding to unemployment claims
- Facilitating training programs
- Maintaining HR documentation
- Etc., etc., etc.!
What Our HR Generalist Needs
Our hotels rely on us to know our stuff. Our experience tells us that an HR Generalist needs:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate’s Degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources in a broad range of HR disciplines such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ATS and HRIS experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends
- 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references
Expected Hours of Work
Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm
