As a Human Resources Generalist at Freedom Square of Seminole, your daily duties will vary from payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention and more! If you are a well versed Human Resources professional with long term care or nursing home experience, we want to speak to you! Earn $24.00/ hour!
DUTIES:
- Ensure bi-weekly payrolls are processed timely and accurately
- High-volume recruiting
- Ensure employee status changes are submitted and processed timely
- Maintain payroll and personnel files while updating changes to HRIS
- Track data for new hires being onboarded
- Manage weekly new hire orientation
- Provide customer support for staff
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and build trusting relationships through collaboration and knowledge sharing
SKILLS COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Previous experience working with time and attendance files and systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of one year experience in a Human Resources role, required.
- Associates or Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, not required.
- Knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development.
- Previous long term care or nursing home Human Resources experience, preferred
- Experience with Kronos and HRIS/HRIM database such as Oracle, Cloud systems preferred.
