Position HR GENERALIST
The HR Generalist is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating HR processes within the company, also for optimizing current processes. Ensures that HR operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
The position reports to RETAL PA CEO & President and RETAL Regional HR Director

Main responsibilities
· Analyze existing HR processes and policies, ensure they comply with Regional guidelines, coordinate adaptation and implementation of the policies at RETAL PA.
· Ensure the presence of the necessary personnel according to the required qualification on time, following the approval structure of the organization (selection, onboarding, dismissal)
· Coordinate the process of performance evaluation of all employees, providing the results and necessary feedback.
· Prepare and implement the HR budget (annually and monthly), ensure proper HR reporting for the Region.
· Administer compensation and benefits plans.
· Prepare, coordinate, and implement the annual training plan, both with internal and external trainers. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
· Ensure a regular dialogue with the employees, guarantee internal communication flow in terms of actual topics for the employees (salaries, rules, bonuses, performance evaluation etc.). In case of the need to cooperate with legal adviser to solve HR, legal or related topics.
· Monitoring and achieving established HR KPIs.
· Keep the Personnel data is actual and up to date.
· Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
· Organize and carry out HR surveys (engagement, feedback, opinion on different topics, etc.), analyze the data and give feedback to Management team regarding improvement.
· Keep track of working hours: collect relevant information about hours worked, ensure compliance of schedules and hours worked with legal requirements, prepare necessary information for external parties or/ and execute payroll to the employees.
Requirements
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist
· Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Peylocity) will be a plus
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
· BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
· Additional HR training will be a plus.

Salary level
Annual salary range $70 000-$80 000, depending on the experience of the candidate.
