Reports to the Director of Human Resources in Southern California
Provides onsite HR support to our Dublin, CA manufacturing plant
- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at the plant.
- Will be working daily with the Director of Operations
- Providing daily HR support for the workforce.
- Assist plant leadership in interpreting and applying established HR policies and procedures.
- Working software knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS
- Working in the Manufacturing industry is required
- Must be an expert in recruiting and searching for great candidates
- Strong knowledge of California HR regulations
- Have a great eye for safety
- Processing bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity
- Perform daily walkabouts through the manufacturing plant, interacting with the team
- Be an HR expert in empathy and common sense
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources Experience
