We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within construction or a related industry. This role will be instrumental in supporting our Human Resources functions, including new hire orientation, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through employee engagement, motivation, and preservation of our company culture.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system and ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and other HR-related topics.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes to enhance workforce retention.
- Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in construction or related industry.
- Must have or be willing to obtain SHRM-CP certification.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
