Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join us and support the Human Resources team. Professional work environment along with an opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced environment and be a key player in helping to deliver results. Healthcare experience preferred.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will have responsibility for managing and delivering key workforce programs to include employee relations, leave management and administration, benefits management and HRIS and data management.
WHAT MATTERS MOSTTo excel in the role of Human Resources Generalist, candidates should possess 2-3 years of mid-level HR experience or equivalent, showcasing expertise in managing workforce programs. Strong communication skills are essential, including excellent verbal, written, and email abilities. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office, is highly desired.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong relationship management skills, collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with additional training and certifications enhancing candidacy. Prior experience in union and labor relations will be advantageous in navigating the complexities of HR functions within our customer-centric and excellence-driven organization.
Base salary $80-$90k supported by a comprehensive benefits program.
