Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to managers to assist with recruiting initiatives.
- Post job postings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with department managers.
- Obtain backgrounds checks and references on selected candidates.
- Prepare and email offer letters.
- Post intern job opportunities with Placement offices at local colleges and manage flow of applicants.
- Create digital employment files for all current employees.
- Write and edit SOP's and WIs starting with drafts prepared by managers and staff.
- Implement formal training programs and on-boarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related HR field.
- Experience in hiring, interviewing, and processing background checks.
- Experience in writing HR SOP's.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Good work ethic and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
