Human Resources Generalist
As a Partner in Wellbeing, the Human Resources Generalist will provide administrative support for the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including staffing, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, HRIS, and enforcing Alluma policies and practices.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assists with day-to-day HR functions and duties by providing administrative assistance
- Organize and manage onboarding and training programs.
- Works collaboratively to support training and employee development strategies, prepare training material, track attendance, send Outlook calendar invites, set up rooms, and order food.
- Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees using an HRIS system.
- Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- At least one year of Human Resources experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP licensure preferred.
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to pick up new software systems easily
- Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities
