Your tasks
- Process bi-weekly hourly and monthly salary hourly payroll.
- Sign-up new hires (all required forms and benefits).
- Prepare labels and create folders for all new hires.
- Assist in gathering and input of vacation requests, bereavement leave, attendance tracking, and personal time off (PTO) time, etc.
- Set up and maintain uniform program, matrix for expatriates, trainees, and interns. Track costs of programs (housing, home trips, taxes, automobiles, etc.)
- Assist in with scheduling appointments with Social Security, Secretary of State, etc. for expatriates, trainees and interns.
- Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures.
- Manage training matrix to track training of all hourly production and logistics associates.
- Monitor and/or track FMLA and LOA hours and time off for employees.
- Set up or assist in organizing employee events
- Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from four-year college or university
- Two (2) years minimum experience in office administration and Human Resources.
