Basic Job Duties:
- Provides daily administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) department.
- Typing, and editing any necessary documents for the day-to-day operations.
- Primary duties will be assisting with updating company policies and job descriptions, recruiting and conducting the pre-employment processes, such as a variety of background checks and references.
- Will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll process.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with co-workers.
- Strong computer skills with experience with basic office equipment.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
- A thorough understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA principles is mandatory.
- A bachelors degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years experience in an HR department, healthcare experience is highly recommended.
