Job Summary
Our HR Generalist will work closely with our HR Manager and provide support in all facets of HR including: Recruiting/Hiring, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Relations, Training, and Compliance.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree Required (See preferences below)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Labor law compliance
- Employee relations
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent listening skills
Preferences*

- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or related field preferred but not required
