Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our client, a leading supplier of quality assurance equipment in the Pittsburgh area.
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist will assist in administering the following programs in support of the Human Resources function at this organization: employee benefits, recruiting, employee orientation, employee services, company policies and procedures, employee activities, safety, compensation, records maintenance, and training, while complying with all applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) to four (4) years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Management preferred.
- Ability to work independently, detail oriented, accurate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
- Experience with HR-related software required.
