Job Description
EHC Associates is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our office of approximately 50 team members. This position offers a flexible Part-time schedule with approximately 20 hours/week, no weekends and paid weekly. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly recommended.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce for human capital needs and post/manage job openings.
- Conduct and analyze interviews and make actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate new hire communication and orientation.
- Maintain employee files and informational databases.
- Administer Health benefits and answer questions related to medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.
- Maintain compliance related documentation and schedule employees’ initial and annual industry trainings, medicals, background checks, including State Police Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance.
- Additional responsibilities as time permits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail and technical skills.
- Time management skills with follow-up.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Experience within an HR Generalist role.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR processes including compliance, federal and state laws/regulations, and benefits administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Salary: $24-$26 DOE
