Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and Part Time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and Part Time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We’re currently looking for a Temporary Part-Time Care Companion in Greeley, Colorado (80634).

A client in the Cottonwood neighborhood of Greeley is looking for a friendly and engaging Part-Time Care Companion to provide care and transportation while she is currently recovering from a shoulder injury. A care provider is needed 2 days a week for 3 hours at a time. An experienced provider who can share in the client’s love of baking, gardening, and crafting will be ideal.

• Schedule:
• 2 days per week
• 3 hour shifts
• Flexible on care days, but needs to be consistent and spread throughout the week
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: July 2024
• Rate: $25-32/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging companionship related to client’s interests
• Occasional transportation to and from doctor appointments and/or errands
• Support with mobility and daily living tasks as may arise from the shoulder injury
• Light housekeeping
• Light meal preparation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience with adult/elder care
• Valid license and reliable vehicle + clean driving record
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Comfortable with client’s elderly yellow lab

Compensation: Position pays $25-32 per hour and the client is looking for 6 hours of care per week.
